St. Patty's Day parade

It was a great weekend! Today we went to the St. Patrick's Day parade in Hollywood. It was a beautiful day. I couldn't believe how many people were there - Nina had a blast watching all the people and floats going by. The were throwing beads and candy into the crowd - Nina collected had quite a few and has her first lollipop! Here are a few shots from the day:

15 month Dr's appointment

Nina went to her 15 month appointment last week. Things went well. Nina is 22.5 pounds and 31 inches tall. She'sin the 50th percentile for weight and head circumference and in the 75th percentile for height. She is going to tower over her short mom when she's a teenager!
She is growing so fast and these days it seems like she does something new every week. Her favorite things to do is going to play at the park, riding in her little car, flipping through her books, climbing up stairs, throwing a ball to frankie and just being out with us and her grandparents. She seems to understand us well now and loves to bring us her shoes when we ask if she wants to go outside and if I'm searching for something and ask her "Where is it?" she puts both hands in the air and shrugs her shoulders like she is saying I don't know! haha She isn't really saying many words, still sticks to mamma, dada and ball but if she sees a pillow, she'll lay on it and say na-night. It's the cutest thing. She loves to laugh and seems to do it every 5 mins. She definitely has developed her sense of humor! If we all start laughing, she start laughing loud too to join in the fun, making us laugh even more!
She also loves to dance when she hears anything with a beat. Just the other night we were out at a restaurant and she started dancing, entertaining everyone! Here's a clip - sorry it's so dark. She is just so much fun to watch. Time flies and she is growing and changing so fast.
