Nina had a fever on Sunday and on Monday morning, she didn't seem any better. She was at 101.8 so I ended up staying home with her. It was the first time Nina got sick on her own - she usually gets a fever for about a day after her shots so seeing her sick for this long was hard. She was so fussy and had this really long whine anytime I wasn't carrying her - it was a LONG day!
Luckily, her daddy came home early to hang out. She is doing better now. I took her to the doctor and they tested her for strep - came back negative so we're just monitoring her for now. She seems to be better - she's playing and laughing like normal but still running a low fever.
