Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone!! Sorry it's been a while since I updated her blog. The posts will come more often from now on. Nina had a relaxing New Year's celebration at home with Mommy and Daddy. One exciting event was she gave her first real big smile to us that night. Jeremiah was putting her in her bouncy seat and she flashed a huge gummy smile! Our hearts melted - it was adorable! She stayed up with us to watch the ball drop and then went to bed.

She had many visitors that week. Her Lola Tenet from Houston and Tita Rissa came from NY. So you know what that means - a lot of EATING! We took Nina out every day they were here! We went to Tita Evelyn's house for dinner and she hung out with Tenet...

Saturday night, we got her all dressed up in a pink dress for dinner at the trendy, Dolores call me Lolita restaurant. It was a big group - we went with Mom, Dad, Ate, her friend Jen, Sabrina and Vince.


Nina did very well - we were out from 8 till 11 pm. She woke up right after we ate dinner so we fed her in the car and were back in time for dessert. She was happy to cuddle with her Tita Rissa. My favorite part of this pic is her daddy in the background chowing down on his chocolate cake and ice cream - LOL!!

The next day, we went to Delicias de Espana for some spanish tapas and wine...Nina slept the whole time.

That night we went to Laguna for some yummy fried seafood with Tenet and Uncle Ira. Her Lolo is always the first to carry her!
